The General Assembly of Isparta 32 Spor was held at the club facilities. Mustafa Özsavlu was chosen for the presidency, while Sedat Cican and Kubilay Kapı were selected as members of the board. Gültekin Özdemir, a businessman, was elected as the club's president. The agenda items were read and approved one by one during the assembly.
During his speech at the assembly, Gültekin Özdemir, the president of Isparta 32 Spor, invited everyone involved with the club to come together and work as one. He said, "Today we held the General Assembly of Ispartaspor and started preparing for the new season. Our city elders and our Mayor Şükrü Başdeğirmen have endorsed me to become the president of Ispartaspor, where I served as the vice-president last year. Since then, we have been pursuing all our activities in this direction. Now it is time to set a new vision. Our goals for this season include building a solid institutional structure for the team within the club, finding regular sources of income, and playing a leadership role in steps taken towards facility development, in addition to achieving sporting success."
Özdemir emphasized that Ispartaspor is the city's most valuable asset and the face of the brand. He added, "Taking care of this brand, and especially taking it to the next level, is our obligation, and it is our fundamental duty. We are working hard to make Ispartaspor financially strong. We promise to become a team with no outstanding debt and that fulfills the requirements for a national club license. This will be a year where we lay the foundation for not only football culture but also club culture in Isparta."
